Growing Radiance

I was thinking, I can take the language I speak in my mind and learn to know how my body feels as I am speaking in my thoughts.  What do I feel as I say something or take action toward something?  Is it a loving or unloving feeling?  If I want to remove the feelings that are undesirable to me, then I can replace them with the feelings I do want to feel, freely growing in the experience of joy propelled by desiring more of that which drives my heart.  When I remain emotionally attached to imagining only about removing what I don't want and will no action to make it happen, then I will remain in limbo until my body mind and soul are in harmony with life force; growing radiance.
